Winning the Eastern Technology Council project was a fantastic opportunity for us. Not only was the site going to be enormously extensive, spanning months of development and design time, but it allowed us to begin implementing some of the new processes we had built within the company. This project would challenge us to work harder and more cohesively than we had with any up until this point.
The launch of the site was a big milestone. We had put a lot of man hours into the project, from the first stage of educating ourselves with The Council’s exact needs, to the last few days of testing before we took the site live. Every step was a process, making sure things were being done to the correct specifications, and that everything fit together seamlessly. We were working as a solid team, and it was showing in our results.
